At What If Unfiltered, we take pride in delivering merchandise that is made with intention, care, and quality. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer at the time of order processing, we maintain a focused and consistent return policy.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

All of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is created specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality standards, and ensure every piece is produced with purpose.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our work and will absolutely support you if something arrives incorrectly.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases where the item is:

•Damaged during shipping

•Defective upon arrival

•Incorrectly produced due to an error on our end

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

•Your order number

•A clear photo of the damage or defect

•A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will coordinate a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are custom-produced for each customer, the following are non-returnable:

•Incorrect size selection

•Change of mind after ordering

•Normal wear and tear

•Items ordered during promotions or limited releases (unless damaged)

•During peak demand periods, limited-edition drops, or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. When this occurs, we remain committed to transparency and operational excellence.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. Shipping timelines are calculated separately from processing times.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor progress end-to-end.
