Made-to-Order Merchandise
All of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is created specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality standards, and ensure every piece is produced with purpose.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our work and will absolutely support you if something arrives incorrectly.
Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases where the item is:

•Defective upon arrival
•Incorrectly produced due to an error on our end
